My name is Jessica, and I am a counselor who strongly believes in the pursuit of wellness and wholehearted living. I believe God designed and handcrafted each one of us to live lives of true joy and freedom. My hope is that through counseling, you can begin to live a healthier, more fruitful life. You were meant to live with greater freedom than you may be living with now.

I am a counselor who sees clients located in the state of Washington. I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at Northwest University. My focus is on working with adult individuals. As an Asian American counselor, I am also sensitive to the important cross-cultural needs that individuals may bring in. I customize my sessions according to the unique needs of each individual client. My theoretical orientation utilizes blends of Psychodynamic work, Attachment-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Lifespan Integration techniques, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy. I see the therapeutic process as a transformative and healing experience. I specialize in treating issues related to relationships, multicultural aspects, identity development, attachment, coping skills, spirituality, life transitions, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem.

Please reach out to me today if you are looking for support. I am here for you.
